Last of my Texas recipes.... but think this is my most favorite one...Enjoy..
Great with Tex-Mex food..

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- salt to taste
Directions
- Peel and mash avocados.
- Combine all ingredients and salt to taste.
- Serve with any Tex-Mex food or tortilla chips.

I have never added sour cream to my guacamole - that sounds so good!!! This has got to be a winner - great flavors...all I need is a jalapeno pepper and some avocado - this is making me really hungry!

The trick is slicing in to a good avocado! You couldn't tell by the price of them, but I live about 10 miles from the place that is known for growing and harvesting avocados....Fallbrook, Ca.
