easy appetizer ( dip ) serve this with crackers .....and top it with a jalapeno jelly or your favorite chutney

- 1 ( 8 ounce ) can of refrigerated cresent dinner rolls
- 1 ( 8 ounce) round natural brie cheese
- 1 egg beaten
Directions
- heat oven to 350 degrees f.; unroll roll;separarte crosswise into 2 sections,pat dough and firmly press perforations to seal.; forming 2 squares.place 1 square on ungreased cookie sheet, place brie cheese on center of dough.
- with small cookie cutter or canape cutter, cut 1 shape from each corner of remaining square; set cutouts aside.
- place remaining square on top of cheese round. press dough evevnly around cheese; press to seal completely; brush with beaten egg.
- top with cutouts; brush with additional beaten egg
- bake at 350 degrees f. for 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown, cool 15 minutes serve warm, with crackers and jalapeno jelly or chutney..
- servings 12

This is similar to my recipe except I cut my brie in two and put herbs in the middle and than but the brie back together and put inside crescent dough. I love this recipe. Yummy!
