THIS IS A GREAT DESSERT FOR SUMMER. ITS LIGHT AND CREAMY. I LOVE THEM. THERE REAL RICH. THEY LOOK LIKE SNOWBALLS.

Ingredients
  • 1 PACKAGE (8OZ) CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
  • 1 CAN (8OZ) CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, WELL DRAINED
  • 2 1/2 CUPS FLAKED COCONUT

Directions
  1. IN A SMALL MIXING BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE UNTIL COMBINED.
  2. COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES.
  3. ROLL INTO 1IN. BALLS
  4. ROLL IN COCONUT.
  5. REFRIGERATE FOR 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
