- 4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tbls butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Add cheddar to hot cooked pasta
- In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients
- Add to macaroni mixture
- Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 30 to 45 minutes
- Top with additional cheese if desired.
