How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. Mix wet ingredients, add flour and mix till blended; add remaining ingredients and mix.
  • Pour mixture into 8 X 8 pan. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm or room temperature, enjoy! ** Use a bigger pan if doubling or tripling the recipe.

    I made this this afternoon. VERY good, but the middle was a little too soggy for my taste, and I even baked it longer than the recipe called for. Of course, by then it wasn't very pretty, but it sure tastes GREAT. Thanks!!

    Sounds great. I love how you put to use a bigger pan if double or tripling. Sometimes you gotta let people know. Ha. Bookmarked.

    Yes it does makes its own crust. There is no need (that I found) to grease the pan because the pepperoni has its own natural oils.
