I aquired this recipe from my boyfriend's mother handed down for 3 generations! It's a family favorite served on special holidays. Ingredients
- 2 ounces pepperoni (stick), cut into small cubes (about 1/4 inch) shopping list
- 4 ounces muenter cheese (block), cut into small cubes (about 1/4 inch) shopping list
- 3/4 cup of flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (or more if you'd like) shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. Mix wet ingredients, add flour and mix till blended; add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Pour mixture into 8 X 8 pan. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm or room temperature, enjoy! ** Use a bigger pan if doubling or tripling the recipe.
