Jack Daniels Sweet and Sour Sauce

Got this from Jack Daniels website...A great glaze or dipping sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato juice shopping list
- 1 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tbls Heinz 57 sauce shopping list
- 1 tbls whole grain mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey shopping list
- 2 tbls cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tbls water) shopping list
- salt and cayenne pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients except cornstarch mixture to saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat
- Slowly add cornstarch mixture until well blended
- Stirring constantly, bring to a boil
- Boil one minute until sauce thickens
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
