Got this from Jack Daniels website...A great glaze or dipping sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbls Heinz 57 sauce
- 1 tbls whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniel's Whiskey
- 2 tbls cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tbls water)
- Salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients except cornstarch mixture to saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat
- Slowly add cornstarch mixture until well blended
- Stirring constantly, bring to a boil
- Boil one minute until sauce thickens
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
