Ingredients
  • 1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 2 oz. milk chocolate, melted
  • chocolate sprinkles

Directions
  1. Crush vanilla wafers. Add melted chocolate and Bailey's. Mix together in bowl. Wet hands and roll into bite-sized balls. Roll in chocolate sprinkles. Makes approximately 40 balls. These freeze very well.

Can I use the Bailey's Irish Cream Syrup (found in the baking needs section of the supermarket)to knock out the alcohol in the recipe, with a good result.
