Ingredients

1 lb. bacon, cooked and drained on paper towels and chopped

2 cans refriderated biscuits (flaky kind works best)

1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese

1 cup cheese (I used a chedder blend)

3 tsp. dried basil

1/2 onion, diced pretty small

1 can diced tomatoes, drained well

Directions

Tear biscuits apart into 3 or 4 pieces. If they come out right for you, press them into mini muffin tins. If not, roll the pieces into a ball and then flatten them w/ your palms and press them into the pan.

Mix up the rest of the ingredients and use a melon baller (or a teaspoon) to fill the cups.

Cook @ 375F for 15 minutes.
