Ingredients

1 empty baby food jar (or larger size pimiento jar with tight fitting lid)

whipping cream

good music

smiling & screaming kids

Directions

Take 1 jar and fill 1/2 with whipping cream

Add several kids dancing and shaking with jars in hand

BINGO!! Butter!

Add a little salt and spread on sandwich bread.

It's delicious

1 teaspoon sour cream per 1/2 pint of whipping cream can be added

I love fresh made butter! i have my kids do this every time the organic cream is on clearance! lots of fun, but they only like the store-bought stick butter for some reason... so I get it all to myself! a sure 5!
