Well I have to say this....it sounds brilliant...so simple...and the flavors seem to be meant for each other...I was wondering something. Once you cook this...does the meat/onion/spice mixture and the apple concoction have to get a room when you put them together? There seems to be a lot of love in this dish...Is it dangerous?
