French Coconut Pie Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 tsp. vanilla (okay,,my spoon runneth over)

1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled (as always, never substitute)

1 cup flaked coconut

6 Tbsp. buttermilk

9" pie shell (I know, shame, shame)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Beat all ingredients in order given.

Pour into unbaked 9" pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
