FRENCH COCONUT PIE

Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla (okay,,my spoon runneth over) shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled (as always, never substitute) shopping list
- 1 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- 6 Tbsp. buttermilk shopping list
- 9" pie shell (I know, shame, shame) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat all ingredients in order given.
- Pour into unbaked 9" pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
