How to make it

  • Place the beans into a large pot, bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer for one hour.
  • Heat the oven to 400degrese F
  • Oil the vegetables and place onto a cookie sheet and sprinkle with the Salt.
  • Bake until all of the vegetables are caramelized and the peppers start to blacken.
  • Drain the bean reserving the liquid.
  • Add halt of the vegetables to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Return the vegetables and add the nutritional yeast the mushroom stock the cilantro and the cumin.
  • Add the beans and taste for seasoning.
  • Garnish with some cilantro and serve hot!
