JAMAICA ME HOT JERK RUB

- 1 Tablespoon dried minced onion shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried chives shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg (I use freshly grated for more zip) shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (freshly grated if possible) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir well.
- Stores just like any spice, keeps well.
- Just shake or mix well prior to use.
- Makes 1/3 cup.
