How to make it

  • In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients whisking until thoroughly mixed and set aside.
  • In large bowl combine fruit.
  • Add dressing and toss until fruit is covered.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • *Remove to serving bowl with slotted spoon and garnish with fresh mint, if desired*
