A nice, simple spinach salad with, perhaps an unusual fruit element, but it works. Great as an autumn lunch.

Sounds good! Not a real spinach fan, but I can see it with small wedges of lettuce...

I love trying new salads, and this one is going on the table this week - I have everything I need for it. The dressing sounds wonderful - will let you know when we've tried it...thanks for a new salad idea!

I can honestly say that I've never had a salad with pear's in it, but this looks so wonderful that I just have to try it.

I made this for the Refugee Recipe Swap. I used it for a family get together this weekend. Every one loved it it was very good. A fresh unique salad idea. I think the next time I make it, I may try adding more orange juice to the dressing, and give it even a little more citrus flavor. I also think I would prefer it without the egg, and since my hubby doesn't like hard boiled eggs, I will probaly leave them out next time. A very good recipe. Thanks so much Keni.
