Shrimp Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound of salad shrimp

3 tomatoes

1 red onion

1/2 bunch of cilantro

juice of 4 limes

salt and pepper to taste

3 cloves garlic

Directions

Place shrimp in a large non-reactive bowl.

Finely dice tomato, red onion; finely mince garlic and add to shrimp.

Rough chop 1/2 a bunch of fresh cilantro and add to shrimp mixture.

Add the juice of 4 limes to mixture and stir to thoroughly combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste and chill for at least 2-3 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.

I added 2 tbls. olive oil, 2 tbls. hot sauce, 1/2 of a cucumber diced, and I wasn't sure how much garlic to use so I just added 4 cloves minced. I like my salsa spicy.Thanks for the great recipe!!!
