This is such an easy salad to make. It goes well with anything!!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. broccoli, chopped into small florets
  • 1/2 large red onion, chopped
  • 3 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • black pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper in small bowl. Set aside.
  2. In large bowl, combine broccoli florets, chopped onion and tomato, and the cooled, crumbled bacon.
  3. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss to coat well.
