An easy cheese dip great for game day. I always fry my own tortillas up for this and top them with a sprinkling of southwest seasoning.

Ingredients
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 8oz sour cream
- juice from 1 lime
- 8oz shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- handful of green olives, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
Directions
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream with lime juice until completely combined and smooth.
- Carefully fold in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and chill for a couple hours.
- Lightly sprinkle dip with paprika or cayenne pepper just prior to serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
