PepperJack Cheese Dip Recipe

How to make it

  • Beat cream cheese and sour cream with lime juice until completely combined and smooth.
  • Carefully fold in remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and chill for a couple hours.
  • Lightly sprinkle dip with paprika or cayenne pepper just prior to serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
