Enchilada casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger shopping list
- 3 small onions chopped shopping list
- 1 {4 oz. can Diced green chile peppers shopping list
- 1/4 Tsp. minced garlic or {1/4 tsp. powdered garlic shopping list
- 1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce shopping list
- 12 corn tortillas shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheese {I use pepper Jackheese. shopping list
- 1 10 3/4 oz. shopping list
- can mushroom soup shopping list

How to make it
- Preheat oven 400 in large skillet cook hamburger beef onions undrained chilie peppers garlic untill all is tender Drain Fat. Pour enchilada sauce into Shallow dish dip 3 tortillas in sauce place in a 9x13x2 baking pan top with 1/4 of the meat mixture 1/4 of the cheese 1/4 of thesoup repeat layers 3 more times pour any leftover sauce on top. Cover pan with foil bake for 20 minutes remove foil bake another 5 minutes or untill heated through
