another way to use hamburger

- 2 lbs Hamburger
- 3 small onions chopped
- 1 {4 oz. can Diced green chile peppers
- 1/4 Tsp. minced garlic or {1/4 tsp. powdered garlic
- 1 10 oz. can Enchilada sauce
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese {I use pepper Jackheese.
- 1 10 3/4 oz.
- can Mushroom soup
- .
Directions
- Preheat oven 400 in large skillet cook hamburger beef onions undrained chilie peppers garlic untill all is tender Drain Fat. Pour enchilada sauce into Shallow dish dip 3 tortillas in sauce place in a 9x13x2 baking pan top with 1/4 of the meat mixture 1/4 of the cheese 1/4 of thesoup repeat layers 3 more times pour any leftover sauce on top. Cover pan with foil bake for 20 minutes remove foil bake another 5 minutes or untill heated through
