Potato Dippers with Jalapeno Cheddar Dip

I have been making these for years. Got it from a Pillsbury Cookbook
Ingredients
- potatoes shopping list
- 4 russet potatoes shopping list
- 2 tbls. olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- Dip shopping list
- 1/3 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/4 cup tomato, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 jalapenos, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 scallions, finely sliced for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 450
- Line large baking sheet with foil
- Spray with cooking spray
- Cut potatoes into thin slices
- Add potatoes, oil, chili and garlic powder to bowl.
- Coat all potatoes
- Bake for 30 minutes turning over half way through
- Dip
- Mix all dip ingredients except scallions into mixing bowl
- Top with scallions
