Ingredients
  • 2 candles
  • 1 glass of wine
  • 1 paper napkin, (serviette).
  • 1 leaf of lettuce.
  • 1 wedge of lemon.
  • A few cherry tomatoes.
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 small dish of Olives.
  • 1 tablecloth

Directions
  1. Set table with tablecloth. REMEMBER: You're the king. You deserve it
  2. Fold paper napkin diagonally, (to form a triangle),Bring two bottom corners together and put in a glass next to plate.
  3. Pour a glass of red wine. place it next to water-glass.
  4. Place a small dish of Olives in fromt of you.
  5. Place a leaf of lettuce on plate under whatever you are serving.
  6. Put a wedge of lemon next to food, (even if you dont plan to use it).
  7. Spread 3-4 cherry tomatoes around the plate.
  8. Sprinkle chopped parsley over food.
  9. Light candles.
  10. Put on some soft music.
  11. Disconnect phone. (Don't Worry! They'll call back later)

  13. The whole preparation takes five minutes but will cost top dollar in a restaurant.

Oh, I used to make this recipe when I lived alone at State. Even had a seashell placemat I loved. Life is good because you make it that way.
