Spicy Peanut Sauce

This has some good flavor, add some veggies, on top of some rice or noodles and you've got yourself one tasty meal.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 5 tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp molasses shopping list
- 1 1/2 c water shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp Sweet hot mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp Sriracha or Any other hot chili sauce shopping list
- 1/2 c Organic Creamy or chunky peanut butter (I prefer chunky)* shopping list
- 2 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 c Cold water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together except for 1/4 c cold water and cornstarch in a large sauce pan and heat on medium heat till sugar is dissolved and peanut butter is melted.
- In separate container mix cold water and cornstarch, when cornstarch is completely dissolved add mixture to sauce pan.
- Stir to desired thickness, more water may or may not be needed.
- *You can also take out the peanut butter and then you're left with a yummy Teriyaki sauce!

This sauce is wonderful and like you say a few steamed vegetables and noodles or rice and you have a complete meal anyone would love.
