Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook spaghetti and drain.
  • Toss with olive oil, parmesand, salt, pepper and egg.
  • Mix well.
  • Spread in the bottom a 13 x 9 pan (lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray)
  • Saute meat, sausage, onion and garlic in a little oil until browned and no longer pink.
  • Drain off excess fat.
  • Stir the spaghetti sauce into the meat mixture/
  • Mix the oregano into the cottage cheese.
  • Spread the cottage cheese over the spaghetti noodles.
  • Spread the meat sauce over the cottage cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Cover generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake 10 minutes longer to melt the cheese and lightly brown the top.
  • Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
