Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil potatoes until tender, drain and let cool.
  • When cool, chop potatoes.
  • In large bowl add potatoes and all remaining ingredients.
  • Mix well then sprinkle top with paprika.
  • Enjoy!

    This sounds and LOOKS (nice pic) delicious. Never would have thought of using yogurt. Healthier than tons of mayo. ;')

    "We think you might like this dish"...well, duh, of course I would...it's nearly identical to how I make my "traditional" tater salad! :) The only difference I can see is that I use sour cream with my mayo...never tried it with yogurt. The green olives are a must! The rare times I eat out with a salad bar, I also top a scoop of tater salad with green olives...it's not complete without 'em! :) Thanks, Mrs...great addition.
