How to make it
- Peel Garlic and cloves

- Heat the oil in the roaster on the stovetop.
- Take another sip of wine.
- Add sliced onions and fry for about 2 minutes. (they don't have to brown).
- Add cloves of Garlic and mix 'em in with the onions.
- Forget the TV. Theres a rerun on friday.
- Take another sip of wine. ONLY ONE!
- Move onion and garlic mixture to the side and place beef in roaster.
- Turn over about every minute until sealed on all sides.
- This keeps the moisture in but you knew that! Didn't You?
- Finish wine in glass and pour out another. Hic!
- Pour Honey over meat.
- Add all the spices, Soy-Sauce, and wine, (what's left of it)
- Cover roaster and put in centre shelf of oven (180*c) for at least two hours.
- Remove from roaster and let it cool down a bit.
- Cut into thin slices.
- Use the remainder of what is in the roaster as a delicious gravy.
