Came up with this one of those days that I was in "Mad Scientist" mode in the kitchen! We love them, and they are requested often by friends as well.

SORRY guys...EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Rachel Ray says it all the time, and I really hate when she says it, but, I'm too lazy to type it out! I will do better.
