I've been looking for the right (not deepfried) popper recipe! I love the combination of cream & cheddar cheeses, and the bacon wrap has got to be the coup de gras! (Gotta dip in homemade Ranch, though!) Thanks for the great recipe!

Oh my gosh Marky these sound AMAZING. I'm all about poppers ... but to wrap these puppies in bacon takes them to a whole other level. Thanks for posting! Take care, Ande

O.K. so today I had a hankering for Buffalo wings and poppers. I made your Stuffed Halapenos and because I always have HABANERO on hand I stuffed some of them and they were great. I love the combo of the cheddar and the cream cheese. Thanks so much-every inch of my body is burning. Love the heat.

I have recently come to love jalapenos! I think the secret is that the "heat" is all in the oil and seeds. The actual pepper itself is not that hot!

    Love these! --Kn0x--
