4 teaspoons honey shopping list
juice of 1/2 a large lemon shopping list
2/3 cup WARM water (NOT HOT) shopping list

How to make it

Mix all ingredients together in a cup and drink.

How long does this take to work? We have about 10 minutes in the morning for pooing and peeing and then we are on the go all day -- I would sure appreciate it if you let me know the time frame. Thank you! Mary G.
