REALLY KICKS UP THESE ROCKIN SHRIMP.....COUL USE ON SCALLOPS OR LOBSTER
Ingredients
- 1/4 CUP triple sec shopping list
- 1/4 CUP tequila shopping list
- 1 TSPN GRATED lime rind shopping list
- 1/4 CUP lime juicE shopping list
- 2 TEASPOONS cumin shopping list
- 1/2 TEASPOON salt shopping list
- 1/8 TEASPOON cayenne shopping list
- 3 cloves GARKIC, MINCED shopping list
- 1 POUND medium shrimp, DEVEINED, TAILS ON shopping list
- bamboo skewers, SOAKED shopping list
How to make it
- MIX FIRST 8 INCREDIENTS
- MARINAYE SHRIMP FOR ONE HOUR
- PLACE SHRIMP ON SKEWERS
- GRILL UNTIL PINK
- SERVE WITH SPANISH RICE AND SHOOTERS
- YIPPIE
