  • 1/4 CUP TRIPLE SEC
  • 1/4 CUP TEQUILA
  • 1 TSPN GRATED LIME RIND
  • 1/4 CUP LIME JUICE
  • 2 TEASPOONS CUMIN
  • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1/8 TEASPOON CAYENNE
  • 3 CLOVES GARKIC, MINCED
  • 1 POUND MEDIUM SHRIMP, DEVEINED, TAILS ON
  • BAMBOO SKEWERS, SOAKED

Directions
  1. MIX FIRST 8 INCREDIENTS
  2. MARINAYE SHRIMP FOR ONE HOUR
  3. PLACE SHRIMP ON SKEWERS
  4. GRILL UNTIL PINK
  5. SERVE WITH SPANISH RICE AND SHOOTERS
  6. YIPPIE
