Ingredients

1 SWEET ONION

1 8 1/4 OUNCE CAN CREAMED CORN

1 7 OUNCE BOX CORNBREAD MIX

1 CUP SOUR CREAM

1 CUP GRATED CHEESE

1/4 CUP BUTTER

1 EGG

1/3 CUP MILK

1 TEASPOON TABASCO SAUCE

1/4 TEASPOON SALT

1/4 TEASPOON DILL WEED (OPTIONAL)

Directions

DICE ONION

SAUTE IN BUTTER

COMBINE CORNBREAD MIX, EGG, MILK, CREAMED CORN AND TABASCO SAUCE

POUR INTO 8X8 GREASED BAKING PAN

BAKE PER INSTRUCTIONS (TEMPERATURE) ON CORNBREAD MIX BOX FOR 15 MINUTES

WHILR BAKING COMBINE SOUR CREAM, SALT, 1/2 CUP CHEESE AND ONIONS

WHEN THE BREAD HAS BAKED FOR 15 MINUTES SPREAD THE SUR CREAM MIXTURE OVER THE TOP EVENLY

SPRINKLE THE REST OF CHEESE OVER THE TOP

BAKE FOR 15 MORE MINUTES
