Triggers Shrimp Caribbean Ceviche

- 1 lb shrimp (cleaned and deveined) shopping list
- 1 fire roasted red pepper in thin strips shopping list
- 1 medium red onion chopped shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 1 medium red and one medium green tomato shopping list
- 1-cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup orange mango juice. shopping list
- 3/4 cups ketchup shopping list
- ¼ cup of my BBQ sauce Habenero Chipotle Barb Q Sauce shopping list
- Bunch of cilantro shopping list
- salt and fresh ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Roast Red Bell Pepper peel and slice into strips.
- Boil water add the shrimp for 20 seconds until they are color pink.
- Remove the shrimp and shock them in a cold water and ice cube bath.
- Drain the water and place shrimp in a large bowl and add onion, pepper, tomato, pepper, orange mango juice, lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, ketchup, BBQ sauce and cilantro.
