Creamy Lettuce Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1 small head butterhead OR romaine lettuce, shredded finely with a knife

6 sliced raddishes

4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

1 tsp. salt, pepper to taste

1/2 cup mayo

Directions

Chop all the ingredients. Stir in the mayo and season with salt and pepper.

* Believe it or not, mayo makes a pretty good dressing here. Nobody can figure out what the ingredients are, besides raddish, but everyone loves it!
