Creamy Lettuce Salad

A very easy green salad. Has a nice crunchy texture with a smooth creamy finish. The ingredients work really well together, giving it a surprisingly pleasant taste you can enjoy in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 small head butterhead OR romaine lettuce, shredded finely with a knife shopping list
- 6 sliced raddishes shopping list
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt, pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayo shopping list
How to make it
- Chop all the ingredients. Stir in the mayo and season with salt and pepper.
- * Believe it or not, mayo makes a pretty good dressing here. Nobody can figure out what the ingredients are, besides raddish, but everyone loves it!
