This was a delightful biscuit. My family really enjoyed it and it made 12 really massive biscuits. Nice light flavor. I thought what the heck, never used cottage cheese that way before and it sooo worked. Will make them again. Thank you 5 forks plus..... ;-)

Made these tonight for the Recipe Swap, and they were delicious! :) From a southerner who makes biscuits at least twice a week, and LOVES just a simple cathead(big ol' buttermilk) biscuit, these will be a regular around here. As easy as my traditional recipe, but just different enough! You're right...perfect with a hearty stew or soup. The only things I did differently was drop 'em in my cast iron like I always do, and I added some fresh ground pepper to the dough. That's it. Thank you for the recipe...I'm adding pics. :)
