Keilbasa Lasagna Potato Style Recipe

Ingredients

keilbasa 2 one pound packages

mashed potatoes 2 bags simply mashed

onion 1 diced

1 bell pepper diced

garlic 2cloves minced

spicey brown mustard any kind

jalapeno diced as many as you like

2 pkgs 7 oz sargento bistro blend sharp cheddar with bacon

1tbls butter

Directions

slice the keilbasa legnth wise and lay in the bottom of a 9 by 13 baking dish

saute onion bell pepper and garlic till soft in butter

dice up the jalapenos

spread the brown mustard thinly on the keilbasa

then sprinkle the onion mixture reserving some for the other layers

sprinkle a few jalapenos on top-hint i used the pickled and removed the seeds

spread a layer of mashed potatos on top of this again save more for other layers

sprinkle with the cheese

repeat the layers

bake at 350 for 40 min or till the dish starts to brown and bubble.
