From locally owned restaurant Big Fatty's, as presented on local news program. I've had this, and it is sooooo good! Easy to make at home, too!!

Oh, oh, I just love this recipe!!!!!! FINALLY, I've found a seafood recipe that I can bake. I love stuffed shrimp and only knew to deep fry them. I can't eat fried foods anymore and I've missed this dish. Thank you, thank you!

Sounds awesome, one question though, do you cut the shrimp right in half or sort of butterfly them. Thanks

OK, I made these the other night. Have to tell you, I think there might be a misprint on the amount of breadcrumbs. 2 cups was way too much. The stuffing wouldn't even come together. I had to add some milk and an extra egg to it, to make it more workable. In the end it still came out good, I would just recommend using at least half less breadcrumbs, and possibly adding little extra crab.

The recipe was as presented by the actual chef on a local news program. I personally never measure bread crumbs, etc., I just eyeball until the mixture is right, so, I really didn't notice the amount of bread crumbs in the recipe as being out of proportion. Yeah, 2 c was obviously way too much. Thanks for pointing that out, Juels. I have changed it to 1 c, but, as I said, I think it's safer to eyeball, and add a little at a time until the mixture is right...you can always add more, but, you can't take away!!
