Killer Potatoe Wedges

- Really good non-stick baking pan shopping list
- 12 med - small potatoes shopping list
- FIRST ROUND roastING SAUCE shopping list
- 1/4 c olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 stick margarine, melted shopping list
- 4 T parmesan shopping list
- 2 T worcestershire shopping list
- couple pinches kosher salt shopping list
- cracked black pepper shopping list
- generous shakes garlic powder shopping list
- shake or two dried parsley shopping list
- 2 or 3 shakes dried, minced onion shopping list
- SECOND ROUND roastING SAUCE shopping list
- 4 T olive oil shopping list
- 2 T margarine, melted shopping list
- cheese TOPPING shopping list
- Parmesan shopping list
- 1 c your fave shredded cheese shopping list
- bacon bits, or 2 or 3 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled, chives shopping list
How to make it
- Scrub potatoes well
- Cut into wedges into a bowl of ice water
- Preheat oven to 450
- Mix first round sauce
- Drain water from potatoes
- Pour sauce over potatoes and mix well
- Place potatoes on pan in single layer, pour any remaining sauce over all
- Roast about 30 minutes
- Mix 2nd round of olive oil and butter
- Remove from oven and turn potatoes
- Pour sauce over
- Roast about 25 more minutes
- Remove from oven
- Turn heat off
- Generously shake parmesan over potates
- Sprinkly generously with shredded cheese, bacon and chives
- Return to oven about 10-15 minutes longer
- The shredded cheese will have made a cheesey crust on the potatoes, and on the pan.
- Serve with a side of ranch if desired.
