  • 1 LB.GROUND MEAT
  • 3 1/2 CUPS OF PREPARED BEEF GRAVY
  • 1 16 OZ.BAG OF FROZEN CORN(THAWED)
  • 1 16 OZ.BAG OF FROZEN GREEN BEANS(THAWED)
  • 4 (4 SERVING)POUCHES OF INSTANT MASHED POTATOES(ONLY HAVE TO ADD WATER)

Directions
  1. PREHEAT BROILER
  2. PUT 8 CUPS OF WATER IN LARGE POT TO BOIL FOR INSTANT POTATOES
  3. MEANWHILE BROWN GROUND MEAT IN LARGE SKILLET
  4. ADD THAWED VEGETABLES TO BROWNED MEAT(DRAIN EXCESS
  5. LIQUID FROM THAWED VEGETABLES)
  6. STIR VEGGIES AND MEAT TOGETHER
  7. CHECK WATER FOR INSTANT POTATOES
  8. ADD POTATO FLAKES TO BOILING WATER
  9. TURN OFF HEAT FOR POTATOES AND STIR UNTIL MIXED WELL
  10. EITHER MAKE GRAVY OR USED CANNED OR JARRED
  11. ADD TO BEEF AND VEGGIE MIXTURE
  12. USING A 9X13 LASAGNA PAN OR DEEP CASSAROLE DISH
  13. COVER BOTTOM OF CASSAROLE WITH MASHED POTAOTES(ABOUT HALF)
  14. POUR BEEF MIXTURE OVER MASHED POTATOES
  15. TOP WITH REMAINING MASHED POTATOES
  16. PLACE UNDER BROILER FOR 3 TO 5 MINUTES
  17. KEEP CHECKING SO POTATOES DO NOT BURN.
  18. REMOVE WHEN POTAOES ARE SLIGHTLY BROWNED
  19. DIG IN!

This was easy and taste yummy the only thing i changed was canned baby peas thanks this makes a old favorite still just a good but way faster.
