- 1 LB.ground meat shopping list
- 3 1/2 CUPS OF PREPARED beef gravy shopping list
- 1 16 OZ.BAG OF frozen corn(THAWED) shopping list
- 1 16 OZ.BAG OF frozen green beans(THAWED) shopping list
- 4 (4 SERVING)POUCHES OF instant mashed potatoes(ONLY HAVE TO ADD water) shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT BROILER
- PUT 8 CUPS OF WATER IN LARGE POT TO BOIL FOR INSTANT POTATOES
- MEANWHILE BROWN GROUND MEAT IN LARGE SKILLET
- ADD THAWED VEGETABLES TO BROWNED MEAT(DRAIN EXCESS
- LIQUID FROM THAWED VEGETABLES)
- STIR VEGGIES AND MEAT TOGETHER
- CHECK WATER FOR INSTANT POTATOES
- ADD POTATO FLAKES TO BOILING WATER
- TURN OFF HEAT FOR POTATOES AND STIR UNTIL MIXED WELL
- EITHER MAKE GRAVY OR USED CANNED OR JARRED
- ADD TO BEEF AND VEGGIE MIXTURE
- USING A 9X13 LASAGNA PAN OR DEEP CASSAROLE DISH
- COVER BOTTOM OF CASSAROLE WITH MASHED POTAOTES(ABOUT HALF)
- POUR BEEF MIXTURE OVER MASHED POTATOES
- TOP WITH REMAINING MASHED POTATOES
- PLACE UNDER BROILER FOR 3 TO 5 MINUTES
- KEEP CHECKING SO POTATOES DO NOT BURN.
- REMOVE WHEN POTAOES ARE SLIGHTLY BROWNED
- DIG IN!

this was easy and taste yummy the only thing i changed was canned baby peas thanks this makes a old favorite still just a good but way faster.
