One more reason to love summer! This cool treat is just as refreshing as the childhood original but takes creaminess to a whole new level. A great one for the kids to help on. Courtesy of Tillamook Creamery.

Ingredients
  • 1 6oz. Lowfat Tillamook® Vanilla Bean Yogurt
  • 1 6oz. orange juice concentrate
  • 2 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions
  1. Place ingredients into blender. Blend until frothy. Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze. If molds are not available, pour into a small paper cup. Cover each cup with a small square of tin foil. Cut a small slit in the middle of the foil and insert a Popsicle stick. Freeze. To eat, tear away paper cup.
  2. For a frothy smoothie drink, blend all ingredients in blender and serve immediately.
