Quattro Formaggio Potato Gratin With Prosciutto Di Parma Recipe

Quattro Formaggio Potato Gratin With Prosciutto Di Parma Recipe
I came up with this recipe on my way to Trader Joe's to pick up a steak which I had with them. They have a rustic look by leaving the skins on which adds texture to the look of dish. The four cheeses are : A blend of ASIAGO, FONTINA, PARMESAN, and ... More

And since I'm not lucky enough to have a Trader Joe's where I live... what are the cheeses in the mix? Although I don't think you could go wrong with just about any shredded cheese.
