I came up with this recipe on my way to Trader Joe's to pick up a steak which I had with them. They have a rustic look by leaving the skins on which adds texture to the look of dish.
The four cheeses are :
A blend of ASIAGO, FONTINA, PARMESAN, and ... More
Prep:10m Cook:2m Servings:6

And since I'm not lucky enough to have a Trader Joe's where I live... what are the cheeses in the mix? Although I don't think you could go wrong with just about any shredded cheese.

Sounds soooo delicious! I come up with recipes to test that same way... usually at the supermarket looking at ingredients. 5 forks
