I made the meatloaf this evening and I have to tell you that I absolutely LOVE the sauce and how you call for the meat to be basted 4 times during the baking period. How could a person not enjoy the aroma of brown sugar, tomato sauce and seasoning being drizzled over beef and baked to a nice caramelized layer?! YUM! Thank you for sharing this recipe...it will be a keeper in my kitchen favorites =).

I am making a double batch for guests tonight where I have added ground pork to the ground beef.
I will post this as New Carribean Meatloaf
