WOW... Ahmed what a beautiful Pastry shop you have. I hope all is going well with your shop, having been in the food industry in a similar circumstance, I feel for you YOU HAVE A LOT OF HARD WORK in front & Ahead of you I hope you have great staff.
I feel like a bit of a Dill !*+#? After seeing your Profiterole cake & leaving a commment on how to make Crystallised Flowers to decorate a cake. I did not realize how much of a Professional you are. You could probably show me how to do the flowers

Ahmed, I just found this post...I had to call my husband in to my computer room to see your pictures. He is in "big box" sales and marketing - he was so impressed with your store design and said it is one of the best he has ever seen!!! I agree with him 100%, and wish we could travel to Cairo to see it in person. I am so proud of you and all the effort, love and patience you have put into your work of art. What a magnificent place you have produced - we wish you years and years and years of success and happiness in what you do! Sally
