Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large ovenproof bowl, mix all the ingredients except the cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Put the cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until melted. Serve with additional tortilla chips as a dip or can be put on flour tortillas and wrapped.

Oh man, how did I miss this one?! Never mind, it'll be just as good as a Superbowl party dish. Will have to substitute a small can of diced chilies for the jalapenos, though.
