Ingredients

1 pound crabmeat

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 large egg

About 1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Worcester sauce

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon Old Bay or your favorite seafood seasoning

Directions

In a bowl mix the bread crumbs egg and seasonings

Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly

If dry add some more mayonnaise

Shape into six cakes

Pan fry in just enough butter to prevent sticking

About 5 minutes on each side or until brown
