Cbs Crab Cakes Recipe

How to make it

  • In a bowl mix the bread crumbs egg and seasonings
  • Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly
  • If dry add some more mayonnaise
  • Shape into six cakes
  • Pan fry in just enough butter to prevent sticking
  • About 5 minutes on each side or until brown

    Can't wait to try this. I'm with mjcmcook - never met a crab cake that didn't make me happy! And this sounds like it could be top of the list.

    This recipe for crab cakes sounds delicious. I usually use Panko flakes instead of bread crumbs and I may have to try this recipe both ways...YUM! Thank you for sharing

    Nice recipe! I'll try this one when i'll be back from my fishing trip. i never know what to do with my jackfish (northern pike) because of thos NUMEROUS bones. But the fish itself tastes so good. I'll turn this into fish patties. i think it's gonna be superb !
