Cbs Crab Cakes

My Brother in law CB gave me this recipe many years ago. It easy to make and tastes good.
Ingredients
- 1 pound crabmeat shopping list
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- About 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay or your favorite seafood seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl mix the bread crumbs egg and seasonings
- Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly
- If dry add some more mayonnaise
- Shape into six cakes
- Pan fry in just enough butter to prevent sticking
- About 5 minutes on each side or until brown
