DT, I finally got around to making this. I kind of cheated, tho. I added onions on top (cuz I LOVE them) and used my favorite meat loaf topping from this Meatloaf With Spiced Maple Ketchup
This was very good. First time ever for ground turkey. Thank you for another great recipe...........I say that too much, huh ? Well its your fault : ) Added a pic

This lives up to its name! It is moist and delicious. I actually was surprised how moist it was. The only difference I did was I added some brown sugar to the mustard for the top and I didn't have any Mrs. Dash. I thought I did, but I didn't. Added my picture, too. A teeny loaf more in IMI :)

Look and sounds great! I have converted many a meatloaf hater into a meatloaf lover over the years...I always love the first look on their face when I would say "meatloaf"...but I can only imagine the one for "turkey meatloaf with oatmeal" LOL... Cheers ~ Lindy

Sounds great; I have eaten some pretty awful turkey meatloaves in my time, so I understand your friend's reaction! Isn't Mrs Dash great? I import it from the USA 'cause it's good in so many things, without adding salt.
