Switch mozzarella for the feta, and maybe balsamic instead of red wine (more similar to a Capresse salad).

Also placed veggies with Goat cheese is perfect with a balsamic dressing served on top of a baked puff pastry square on top of salad greens....this dish is exactly what I have been looking for since the one I just described is often ordered by me at a local restaurant. Good job!

Creeds: mine is more Greek than italian and has eggplant and no buffalo mozzarella and different type of tomatoes and mine has grilled elements, but I can see how it would remind you of that. Thank you for comment. If I made the alterations you suggest I would have an entirely different insalata.

This sounds good. I love the grilled veggies. I usually cheat and marinate in zesty italian dressing. I will have to try this it sounds really tasty.
