How can one go wrong with these ingredients! And this is a unique recipe, too that I'll just have to try. You and Henrie are going to going to help feed my family for the next year with these great recipes. Thanks so much!

Sounds like true comfort food to me and will have to try this - think I might try some ground trukey instead of beef - this would make a great photo op as well - thanks Shirl

Hey, Shirleyoma - can you write another version of this recipe, "Browncoatifying" it? :) That one would be great for the Big Damn Chefs group!

Oh my...You must know my husband..lol He will absolutely love this..He really loves and appreciates everything I make. I'm a very lucky woman. Thanks Shirl:)

Sounds good . Will give it a try soon!

Tried and loved! This one is now in the permanent collection. Thanks for a great post.

I made this and it was a big hit. I'm going to make it again soon. Personally I'd add another 1/2 lb of meat or more. It just seemed to have more noodles and stuff than meat but still real good.

This really is a husbands delight! I've been making this one for years. Easy, yummy and very satisfying for sure!!!

Yup. The hubs would love this! Thanks for sharing a classic. - Natalie

I made this stuff tonight. Only difference was I added a lot of Lawry's, onion, and garlic to the meat while it was browning and I used garlic and olive oil diced tomatoes. I would use 2 lbs. of ground beef next time cause it seemed like more noodles than meat. I don't know how to measure 10 oz. of noodle correctly though so I guessed by the amount that was in the box. I used 2 cups of cheese also and I would actually use 3 next time I made it. I'm kind of a cheese fanatic though being born in WI and all. My family all had seconds. My nephew who is 6 couldn't sop complimenting me hahaha. Great recipe. Thanks for posting it
