I made this stuff tonight. Only difference was I added a lot of Lawry's, onion, and garlic to the meat while it was browning and I used garlic and olive oil diced tomatoes. I would use 2 lbs. of ground beef next time cause it seemed like more noodles than meat. I don't know how to measure 10 oz. of noodle correctly though so I guessed by the amount that was in the box. I used 2 cups of cheese also and I would actually use 3 next time I made it. I'm kind of a cheese fanatic though being born in WI and all. My family all had seconds. My nephew who is 6 couldn't sop complimenting me hahaha. Great recipe. Thanks for posting it

Sounds like true comfort food to me and will have to try this - think I might try some ground trukey instead of beef - this would make a great photo op as well - thanks Shirl

Hey, Shirleyoma - can you write another version of this recipe, "Browncoatifying" it? :) That one would be great for the Big Damn Chefs group!

I made this and it was a big hit. I'm going to make it again soon. Personally I'd add another 1/2 lb of meat or more. It just seemed to have more noodles and stuff than meat but still real good.
