Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat olive oil & butter in skillet
  • Add chicken, onion, peppers, chiles
  • Season with all seasonings through celery flakes
  • When chicken is cooked through, add in pan:
  • cream cheese, Sour Cream, 1 c. cheese, soup
  • Cook together 5 minutes
  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Spreay glass 9x13 pan with cooking spray
  • Roll filling in 10" flour tortillas
  • Makes 10-12
  • Top with 2 c cheese
  • Spoon over tomatoes, and 1/4-1/2 jar salsa
  • Bake about 15-20 minutes

    Made these last night and really enjoyed them. Enchiladas are a relatively new thing for us. I`ll totally make this again. A good heat to it! Thanks so much Lori! I added my pic and did a write up in IMI!

    I didn't add a pic cuz I thought it didn't really represent the recipe as written. I didn't add all the tomatoes or salsa. Was mainly a lot of cheese on top. :)

    yum yum...I love this! And so did everyone else, too. I did cut down on the cayenne and rotel. I didn't even put any tomatoes or salsa on the girls'. Even with the small amounts I did use it still had a pleasant kick to it. I shredded chicken breasts that I had boiled up earlier. So now I have a bonus broth to cook with this week. And next time I do these I am going to try corn tortillas(my fav).

    I'm gonna try this tonight. I don't have the cilantro or celery flakes though. Hopefully it won't change it too much. I'm also thinking of shredding the chicken.

    My family loves enchiladas..this one looks similar to mine but you have added a few things! Im going to try it. I hope your TG was wonderful..We had a very nice one!
