Easy enough. We love mac and cheese.

Shirley, this sounds delish! It's on next week's menu - we love a good mac and cheese, and this one couldn't be easier. Thanks!

Oh, I could put this together at lunch and have dinner ready when I come home, lovely post. Thanks hon.

Does this recipe double?

Made the recipe tonight. Regular recipe, did not double.

Not the creamy macaroni and cheese I'm used to. It has good flavor, just different tasting to me. Sort of a grainy taste. Probably the ricotta.

Think there was too much butter in the mix. If I get my pictures posted, you will see the melted butter puddling on the top of the mac and cheese. Probably could cut the butter in half and still have a good product.

It gets 4-forks and a do-over.

Pointsevendouble I thought I was the only one who noticed that. you are right, it has gret flavor! But I am not sure about the grainy texture. Let me know what you find out about the butter cuz I'm about ready to remake it!

Very nice recipe! 55555 !

After diet is finished, stir and the butter will mix in well. sometimes over cooking will cause the graininess.. thanks for your comments.. hugsssss
