How to make it

  • Combine the cocoa, corn syrup, milk, and sour cream in a heavy
  • saucepan.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly (note the keyword constantly) , until the mixture begins to boil.
  • Remove from the heat immediately and stir in the butter and vanilla extract.
  • Serve warm.
  • Refrigerate leftovers if there are any reheat in a microwave stirring frequently
