Make your own damn hot fudge sauce

A quick and easy hot fudge sauce served warm after making or kept warm by body heat (hmmm, errrr...) for ice cream, cakes, friends...
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk (NOT sweetened condensed milk) shopping list
- 1 Tbl sour cream shopping list
- 4 Tbl sweet (Unsalted) butter shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the cocoa, corn syrup, milk, and sour cream in a heavy
- saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly (note the keyword constantly) , until the mixture begins to boil.
- Remove from the heat immediately and stir in the butter and vanilla extract.
- Serve warm.
- Refrigerate leftovers if there are any reheat in a microwave stirring frequently
