Make Your Own Damn Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe
A quick and easy hot fudge sauce served warm after making or kept warm by body heat (hmmm, errrr...) for ice cream, cakes, friends...

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk (NOT sweetened condensed milk)
  • 1 Tbl sour cream
  • 4 Tbl sweet (Unsalted) butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Combine the cocoa, corn syrup, milk, and sour cream in a heavy
  2. saucepan.
  3. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly (note the keyword constantly) , until the mixture begins to boil.
  4. Remove from the heat immediately and stir in the butter and vanilla extract.
  5. Serve warm.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers if there are any reheat in a microwave stirring frequently
