Ingredients
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup wheat germ shopping list
- 1/4 cup brewers yeast shopping list
- 1 tsp.salt shopping list
- 4 1/2 tsp.vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 clove garlic-minced or 1 tsp.garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup stock plus 3 Tbs.,your choice shopping list
How to make it
- preheat over to 400F.-line sheet pan with parchment paper
- combine flour,yeast,wheat germ and salt in a medium bowl
- in a mixing bowl,combine oil and garlic.alternatly add 1/3 of stock then 1/3 flour mixture till all is well combined.
- lightly flour a surface and knead for about 2 minutes.will be sticky
- reflour surface and roll out to 3/8" thick.cut in shape of your choice and place on sheet pan
- bake 10 minutes,rotate pan and baste with remaining stock,bake 10 minutes more.turn off oven but don't open door for 1 1/2 hours.

This reminds me of the recipe for Sister Joan's Biscuits(hard to get), natural and good! My dog is fussy and has allergies, and these will do the trick! Thank You!
